Lovely remembrances and thoughts! Thanks! This brought to mind "The Passion of Christ". It is rather difficult to watch, but one of the things I really like about the movie is the portrayal of Mary. It doesn't seem "Catholic" to me and does not glorify Mary, rather it serves to help in spotlighting the love of God in His way of sending His Som into the world through a real/virgin/human woman. How amazing! How awesome and amazing!!!
